So far this week has been pretty good for the total calorie count but I could get rid of the nightly snack to cut some calories or replace it with less sugar but so far I'm happy with my progress.

The big challenge will be the company Luncheon today. lets see how I navigate the high calorie foods today. hard to get true amounts for the food I eat but I think I can get close.
117.7 kg Lost so far: 17.5 kg.    Still to go: 36.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
