Wow!!!5 pounds over the Labor Day weekend...no exercise and off diet, but I didn't go nuts...tough to pass up Mom's lefse and poppy seed kolache!!!
104.8 kg Lost so far: 2.7 kg.    Still to go: 5.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
