Today's fasting blood sugar: 5.4 mmol/L
I decided to go check out my current BMI. Now, I don't usually subscribe to this "tool" but considering I've been morbidly obese most of of my adult life, I decided to see where I land today.
I made use of Diabetes Canada's website for this and I am happy to say I am no longer considered morbidly obese. Using my height of 6'0" and current weight of 194 lbs...
"Your Body Mass Index is 26.3. This is considered overweight."
And not that far off from what is considered the normal/healthy range for most women of 18.5–24.9. Hey, I'll take it!! :-)
