FINALLY hit the 140's! Barely, but enough to count. :)
Being on a modified version of Atkins (and thanks to FatSecret, too) it only took 7 months and 23 days. My ultimate goal is 145—That's what I weighed during my 20s, but I still have a few more pounds to go to reach that. Still, I feel I've already succeeded, so now it's time to stay focused and figure out how to stay here. I know, I know; Eat healthy and stay active. I intend to do just that, but I've yet to determine my ACE level for weight maintenance, so I'll need to do a little experimenting, which I'm sure will cause the scale readings to fluctuate. I do look forward to this "experiment" though! Just today, I made the ever-popular flax-based "Muffin In a Minute" (or MIM) for the very first time. Ate it with a little bit of low-carb grape jelly, and it was really good!
Who knew "dieting" could be so much fun? LOL
