It is amazing. I finally got to 280 lbs. Im so proud of myself. I don't remember the last time I weighed that. I don't know how I got to weigh over 330 lbs. I can do it. What has helped is my husband got recently diagnosed with diabetes. What surprises me is that he is not overweight. So I need to keep him alive. For my children and I.
My next goal is 270! Gotta think of my reward.
