I feel good, happy, excited, beautiful but above all... I feel powerful!! IT CAN BE DONE PEOPLE!!! Even if at times you have to fight back tears and disappointment when you do not see the scale numbers go down as fast as you want or down at all... even if your own family sets you up for failure or if you boycott ourself... even if you have to fight the urge to stuff your mouth with whatever fatty or sweet stuff you can to find some comfort when stressed out... In the end it is all in your mind!! To reach 190 was something i was not expecting this week. It is the weight I had over 3 yrs ago when I started in FS. A weight I do not want to stay or go back to ever, and now I am confident it all depends on me.
