Hello,
I am sill gaining weight. I am exercising every other day to try to aid in the weight loss. The treadmill is so wonderful to have in the house. I wouldn't have it any other way. It is so easy to get up exercise and you don't have to look decent doing it. I would always have a problem with trying to look presentable when I went to the track now if I want to I can exercise in just panties and a bra! This is so wondeful to have! I am feeling a little ill today so I am going to try to lay low and hopefully I will be able to exercise a little tonight. I hope everyone is doing well. We all have the same goal in mind and we need each other to get through it. I am going to keep the faith and try to get as much of this weight off before I turn 35. Good Luck to everyone and keep the journals coming.

I've been trying to exercise everyday and I am still waiting on some pounds to just fall off but haven't seen them yet, lol ... I will keep on pushing forward though and you do the same! We'll get there eventually!
