A lot of my 'activities' involve sitting down - desk, TV, reading. I don't actually do yoga - my balance is not so good, but I do stretches that the physiotherapist recommended for my shoulder and upper back and also some stretches before and after exercise. Good luck with your progress!

It's an ongoing problem with muscle tension as well as a calcification for which I've received laser therapy etc. Basically, all my stress goes to my shoulder...

so I am assuming that you do mainly deltoid stretches, do you do any mobilisation exercises such as shoulder rotations this will help produce synovia fluid into the joint which in turn will warm the joint but also provide a cushion shock absorber effect. I do apologise if I am trying to teach you to suck eggs as I would imagine your physio would have gone through this with your

I have a very tight pectoralis major muscle which pulls my shoulder forward so I have various stretches for this and the trapezius etc. I trained as a nurse many years ago.
