Took the day off from calorie counting yesterday, as I had a busy day plus was a bit frustrated. It must have helped, since I finally crossed to the right side of 180! As my weight stabilizes and keeps dropping, I might see it go over again, but I’m hoping I can keep up the steady progress. I promised myself I could buy new running shoes once I hit 175. :)
81.4 kg Lost so far: 2.5 kg.    Still to go: 17.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
