Here are my excuses: - I’ve been on vacation for two weeks - I’ve been sitting in a car for two weeks - My trainer has a home life - My neck really hurts -I had a snack at bedtime last night - And, well, it’s all really down to me
In all seriousness, my neck has been causing a lot of pain and mobility issues. I saw an MRI image of it a few weeks ago and it certainly wasn’t very pretty. It’s a slow recovery but I’m working on it.
