Broke my diet after FOUR FULL MONTHS of not a single cheat meal. Went on a trip and I knew I would have to eat off plan. Surprisingly, I didn't binge. Found myself getting full very fast. I'm back now and trying my best to battle cravings and get back on track. Do NOT want to carry the cheating from the trip back home with me.

awe why beat yourself up, it's done, it's over and time to move forward. The cravings will subside.

You can do it! Think carefully about how you were successful for four months before your trip and get back to it. :)

We have to live life sometimes - and you are right to have a few days of treat then bounce right back to your routine - you can do this!

If you deprive yourself you'll just obsess over what you can't eat. You have to factor in life! Unless you're dieting down and within 16 weeks of a bikini competition, have at least one cheat meal a week. Keeps you on track and the cravings at bay

I do it a little different, when I consume more than 10% carbs, I eat more fat to counteract the carbohydrates. Works pretty well for me
