I am so happy- I went on a week long-vacation with my foodie family, and actually LOST weight! I made sure to walk, swim, or work out once a day, and it looks like resisting all that bread and fancy food paid off!

It made me feel frustrated and alienated from them to have to turn down the food, but I have to keep on doing my best for my health.
82.6 kg Lost so far: 1.4 kg.    Still to go: 19.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
