Celebrated 50 lbs lost with 2 slices of Grimaldies loaded Pizza and a beer.
50 lbs in 50 weeks - dont see any reason to chnge anything I am doing.
BF started at 33 now at 24 and in the normal zone for my age.
Was moving into a size 40 waist dress pants - now a solid 34.

79.6 kg Lost so far: 22.7 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
