Although, I gained. I think I am gaining muscle. At least, I hope I am.

I cannot stop thinking about the rest of scones I have. Shoot darn those critters that crave sugar and starches which turns into sugar.

I ate more calories than I burned, so I guess I will walk another hour and jog for another hour tonight. But the most important thing is not to think negative or beat yourself up. It will turn around in baby steps. Just keep up with the good work and improve better in healthier eating and daily exercise.
