I fell down the stairs at work 9 days ago, and ended up spraining my ankle. It’s driving me nuts having to solely rely on nutrition to lose weight, and not be able to do my go-to workouts of walking and jogging. Trying to RICE as much as possible, but I’m still feeling stinging pain when I’m walking, or when resting after walking too much.
In my head, I know I need to be gentle and patient, but in reality I’m like “F this let’s gooooooo” hahaha.
