so dissapointed...I am eating more fibre and carbs but still in my calorie deficit ..not dri king as much water as I should. This week I will concentrate on drinking more water.
90.5 kg Lost so far: 28.5 kg.    Still to go: 11.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

@Heidi don't be hard on your self. In winter people tend to drink less water and more on coffee and tea. You are doing well warmer weather is coming and all will change

most hot beverages without sugar are great and milk is great. flawless skin.

Veggie soup. Keeps you warm. Makes you feel full. And you can have loads... make your own.

I'm the same. It took me 4 months to finally be able to drink 3 litres😑 Try to make sure you have 500ml- 1 litre in the morning about 1-2 hours before breakfast. Then schedule to the next 1 litre lunch and the next dinner. And a cup of milk/tea also counts as daily intake as long as there is no sugar.
