I gain 2.2 lbs. I do believe I have gained muscle since I have been doing a lot of different exercises Mon through Friday. I also walk 7 days a week 2 or 3 times a daily for about 2 to 3 hours. I job 7 days a week for 30 minutes. Mondays and Fridays I do aerobics. Tuesday lift weights. Wednesday I do total gym. Thursday I try to do sit ups crunches, but my back hurts due to car accident back injuries. Today I jogged for 30 minutes and lift weights for 30 minutes and walked 3 times for a total of 3 hours. I burned around 800 calories or more with jogging and walking and working for 4 1/2 hours in the garden pulling weeds, bending, lifting, shoveling, and raking. I lost 250 calories with weight lifting. total of 1050 calories burned.
72.6 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 10.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
