New Low since having baby #3!!! Feels good! Hoping to write the same thing next week.
I feel my habits changing for good. Last week I was having frustration at dinner time because I couldn't eat until I was stuffed. Now I'm finding it quite satisfying. I have also been hitting my calories before 6 and therefore I haven't been able to snack at night. I tend to get bored and munch. I'm proud to say that I have not eaten all the goldfish that are meant for the kids!
