Up a half for no reason and, in fact, extra sacrifice...RATS!!!
103.6 kg Lost so far: 3.9 kg.    Still to go: 4.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

No worries dude. Its just water weight. Keep on track and it all averages out. Im always up a bit after a day with a bunch of exercise and calorie burn, but generally come down over the net couple days. I used to stress now Im just used to it. Mike
