Well its 445am again and I feel like a million bucks compared to yesterday morning. I haven't got a digital scale yet but the other one says 116 leaning on the 115 so I'm moving my weight down to 117 to avoid any dissapointment in case its out. We did our run last night @ 11 soccer field lengths and it was hard - Tonight 12! Three lengths and one sprint. I'm glad my husband is on board with me - he gives me a lot of encouragement when I feel weak. Also being accountable for everthing I put in my mouth helps... The two timbits I snuck yesterday was a real eye opener. Eating junk food makes me feel guilty and it takes up waaay to much of my RDI and I have to sacrifice my "good food". What a drag... so no more! Nice to see the old graph go down again... Can't wait till I reach my low from last time! Seee you tonight maybe...
