I'm struggling with wanting to eat unhealthy foods. Thank goodness I pack my meals for at work, I'm forced to eat what I have. That didn't stop me from buying nacos at work yesterday. I don't want to start with the bad habits again. I hope it's just a pms thing or something. I'm planning on starting the drops again the first weekend in September. I'll do my 3 gorging days while on a mini vacation. Then it's back to business. I hope to lose 15-20 pounds this round and then maintain that for life. I don't like how easily the pounds grap hold of me when I go off a little bit. I know this is a life time commitment of change, but boy, it's not going to be easy. It's easier now with a garden full of fresh veggies, but they won't last forever. Workouts need to become more a part of life too. Again, today I find myself on this website instead of at the gym, and now it's too late to go to the gym. I'll jump my rope and do my push-ups and call it a day guess.
75.2 kg Lost so far: 2.8 kg.    Still to go: 11.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
