늦게 잔 걸로 기억
수면 2시 반~9시

전날 개인 운동(상체)해서 저녁을 늦고 간단히 먹었지만 좀 빠짐
메뉴는 단백질바 + 요거트
64 kg Lost so far: 4.9 kg.    Still to go: 6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 2.8 kg a Week
