Whoo hoo! First chance to weigh in after 4 weeks on a road trip in the U.S., all restaurant and takeaway food and many hours sitting in a van. Was expecting much higher weight gain than 1kg (though looking in the mirror I can see I have also lost muscle with 1 month away from gym and sport).
