For the past week I started taking Zinc tablets every 2nd day and increased my herbal hormone tablets twice a day I've had increased energy and able to exercise. yay! I've been able to do 30mins on my treadmill daily and added weight training focusing on my legs and arm strength with a bit of tummy exercises (working on including more in future)
A big difference and feeling well!
As I'm wide awake in the mornings the house being freezing cold, I've been taking advantage of that coldness to cope with my extreme body heat that I produce while exercising (and when I'm not exercising!!) I've windows open to welcome the winter winds to assist in controlling my body heat therefore able to complete my planned exercises.
A big win for me.
86 kg Lost so far: 6 kg.    Still to go: 32 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Totally agree with you. I love the coolness! It keeps me motivated and sleep comes easier. So ( sigh) lovely
