In one month I have gained 1.4kg of muscle and lost 5.4kg of body fat. My body fat percentage dropped from 32.8 to 28.4 Amazing. I guess what we eat does matter 😉

Hi Pinkatt! Thanks for your support. Our gym has InBody scan machine. So I get to stand on it once I month to check my progress. 😉
