I've lost another 2 lbs, so 9 lbs in total. I weigh 16stn. 7 lbs now. I've ordered a set of analytic scales, so that I can see what my BMI, fat, water and muscle is as well as just weight. Got them because although sometimes I don't lose weight I am still losing inches.
