I'm struggling to consume my daily carnivore macros, particularly during the "priming" phase, which is the feasting stage before fasting. However, I find myself craving beef fat intensely. Although, I was feeling slightly hungry last night, so I had a small meal at 9 p.m. I usually stop eating by 6 p.m., but I didn't eat alot at lunch.
I wish I had discovered the carnivore diet years ago, there are so many benefits to it--curing or alleviating symptoms and diseases. However, now, in the present, I have a wealth of resources to learn from and apply the knowledge I'm gathering. It's astonishing how many toxins are present in our food supply; it's enough to bring tears to my eyes.
I've prepared my playlist for my walk. The weather is dreary, and rain is expected this afternoon. Therefore, I will take my walk sooner rather than later, despite feeling quite lazy. After all, I always feel much better and rejuvenated once I've completed a walk.
