수면 1시~10시 (7시쯤 한번 깼지만 다시 잠)

확실히 자니까 좀 낫다
월화 못잔거 몰아 잔 느낌.. 오늘부턴 일찍자야지!!
62.7 kg Lost so far: 6.2 kg.    Still to go: 4.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
