又⋯便秘了⋯昨晚明明吃了很多東西!
3塊炸雞(雞塊)、2個麵包(肉鬆、巧克力)、1個大潤餅!
結果⋯便便還是無動於衷⋯😭😭😭

吃一顆火龍果或者是把火龍果+香蕉+木瓜+牛奶打成汁然後喝掉,很快就會想上廁所,親測有效哈哈
