午餐:斷食

點心:ㄧ把腰果

晚餐:三口乳酪條(不餓,嘴饞呀~)

今天ㄧ早看到不錯的斷食文章,更堅定持之以恆ㄧ定會看見體重下來的!

補充益生菌!魚油!

過年前最後一天了,堅持下去!
