i know the gain is from muscle gain, since i havent changed anything except my workout habits, but it's still annoying to see the number go up.

i got a tape measure to go by measurements instead.

all part of the process.

my first journal entry on this site in years. currently going through a stressful divorce and cross-country move. too much to talk about rn, i have to keep packing. maybe after the move i'll get into more detail.
