Good morning FS Friends!! ☀️🤗
Well I’m up. My work schedule sucks. I hate having no time for myself.
I did force myself to get to the gym this morning. Got in a short 2 mile run.
What everyone else doing for themselves this weekend? 😁
112.0 kg Lost so far: 9.1 kg.    Still to go: 7.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Don’t give up on running. I can’t run anymore, and I’m only 27 (seizure disorder). I wish I had run more races, and not just one 5K, before that. Don’t give up…you can do it.
