Wasn't able to exercise for a couple of days due to a pulled muscle and throbbing headache. Going back with a vengeance today! Really have to start paying attention to get through these last 20 pounds! NO backsliding allowed anymore! Perseverance is my watchword now! (sounds real good, right? now to keep on it!)
78.8 kg Lost so far: 1.9 kg.    Still to go: 10.8 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
