Haven't been posting my meals, no time really. Gaining weight steadily, hadn't been posting those either. Trying to curb my plate size, but I'm loving the food too much to reduce. Some effort is better than no effort I guess.. Haven't had any alcohol since the end of December. Don't have a problem with it, just having other life issues, and I know that wouldn't help.
