Did NOT expect that - I didn't think I did too well this weekend, so down another pound was a welcome surprise! Every loss gets me more excited for the next attempt and spurs me on to go further and keep paying attention. Almost 20 lbs down now and another 22 to go! Wow, halfway in just about 2 months! (But I know the next 20 will be harder than the first!)
