Ugh, weighed myself this morning only to find out I gained a pound! I'm not going to stress out though. I've been getting all of my workouts in and I'm super sore and exhausted. I'm attributing the weight gain to building muscle and just an overall bloated feeling. . Anyway, I need to take my measurements. Screw you scale!

When you workout hard and your muscles are sore, it means they are retaining water to help them heal. This can show on the scale as a temporary gain, no loss or small loss. Google "why the scale lies". It's a great article that explains why we can see gains when we do everything right.
