Disappointing weigh in today. I had zero change. I'm getting my steps in, I'm working out consistently and improving my eating habits. Sigh, just another hurdle to overcome. Back to the drawing board to figure out what is holding me back. Here's hoping for better results next week. Have a great weekend everyone!!
