Wow!!!I don't understand the weight fluctuations
104.3 kg Lost so far: 3.2 kg.    Still to go: 5.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I just posted about this!! im having issues with fluctuations. i dont understand it either.

Glad to see you are off "Strike"! LOL Happy you got such a whoosh, too. Those dang fluctuations can be so dismal, can't they? Uggh - I know how you feel. I guess its just a way for your body to say "Recomputing....". Hang in there - you've got this!
