Slow and steady, right? It’s about a long term lifestyle change. Got to make it doable! I had some yummy sourdough and some wine yesterday, but won’t that make a frequent occurrence.

I also started Organ Meat Supplements. I’ve heard some hold things about them, so looking forward to seeing if any of it is true!
