Had a couple days with no loss but then a couple days with decent loss 😂 I’m just trying to get to my goal and feel better! since I started eating better I’ve not had to take any medication for nausea, reflux or pain which I was taking pretty much daily so that’s a big positive! My oncologist may be alarmed since hopefully I’ll be down 20 lbs when I see him next month but once I tell him I’ve been eating better and exercising hopefully he’ll chill. He tends to be a bit excitable
68.1 kg Lost so far: 6.3 kg.    Still to go: 11.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
