Was gone for the weekend playing with my miniatures. It was a good time and I learned a lot. It is getting easier when I am in an enviroment that I cannot always control. I am learning about making choices and relaxing. It is always a challenge not to think of it as cheating when I am not able to control fully my calories. But I think I am learning. Let's hope anyway. Another busy week ahead of me. Have a great day.
