Ugh, had veggie sushi last night probably retention from sodium. Will having bathroom and bloating issues. Getting rid of the cookies and chocolate Xmas gifts to avoid temptation. Not sure if one meal a day is working for me since it’s a huge one and may mess or contribute to my digestion and elimination issues. Meh I got lots of excuses. Yoga studio will Finally open at the end of this month, seems so far away still. Going to the flea market today, hope it doesn’t rain, good to get some steps in
