I feel myself losing steam this week, rough week at work and my motivation is low. Pushed through it today and did get a quick workout in not what the one I planned but I’ll take it today.
What motivates everyone? For me it’s my goals and my husband. I am grateful he’s so supportive and helps motivate me when I I’m out of motivation for myself.
