Disappointed by such a significant weight gain. I started doing a little weight training a few months ago while paying less attention to my diet. I wonder how possible it's to lose weight while retaining/gaining some muscle?
97.2 kg Lost so far: 6.4 kg.    Still to go: 13.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 0.6 kg a Week

High protein, small calorie deficit, consistent resistance training with progressive overload will get you there. The hardest part is being consistent over the long term. But I feel that if we can maintain 80% consistency or better with our nutrition and training protocols, we can and should achieve our goals.
