Well that was a better weigh in than I expected ! Only added 2 kg after thoroughly enjoying a week and a half off dieting for Easter, and 3 weeks off exercising due to injury and a cold. Now ready to get back to following the plan. (I find I perform better in the long run with my results and commitment when I deliberately allow myself some holidays :) The rule in our house is junk food only in the holidays, so still going to enjoy this last week with the kids, but with a lot more restraint, then back to 100% effort when school goes back next week. Should be fully up to speed for exercise again by then, and sport resumes as well.
