Yeah!! Still losing!!
Food:
B - 3 eggs scrambled with veggie "sausage" patties
L - ground sirloin patty and side salad
D - Steak salad
S - 2 bite size dove dark chocolate
Workout - 30 mins on treadmill (1.7 mi at 3.5 incline)
