fs friends. I am quite happy with my weigh in today. normally a stall is not a good thing. im going to hit it harder this week to break it but I have not had kids with me the last 2 weekends so took the opportunity to go out and have some fun. (and keeping my mind busy) this resulted in eating out with old and new fiends and a few adult beverages. little to no exercise and not always the best food choices (as any eating out is wise choice) but the simple fact that I did not gain a stupid amount of weight (even water weight) is a great sign that my body is finally getting with the plan. Normally if I deviate at all I gain weight and it takes a week or two to get back where I was. This is great progress for me. Ive decided the slow and steady is an ok way to do this.
