Very Nice, I have Hypothyroidism as well. Have been trying to stay at 1500 calories...but not doing that great.

I have hypothyroidism myself and try to stay at 1700 cal some days are better than others but I still will continue to go on. Glad you are still continue on your Journey.. congrats on your weight loss..

Well me too! I had Graves Disease diagnoses in 1992 (I was age 36). Many many problems. Had radioactive iodine treatment to destroy thyroid. Been totally hypothyroid all these years. I always try to stay well below 1800 with most days at about 1200 - 1400. I am pretty sedentary. Lower works well for me but I do have trouble getting in enough protein each day.
