First week DONE! I met 100% of my goals!
I didn't have any treats.
I didn't eat after 7 PM.
I drank at least 64 oz of water daily.
My calories were between 1200-1500.
I exercised at least 30 min 6 days and ran 3 miles 3 of those days.
I am doing AMAZING with all the candy in the house. When I set all my goals last week there was really nothing in the house to temp me. Treats/snacks just don't last. So this next little while while my kids are nibbling on their Easter candy is going to be a test for me. At one point yesterday their treats were sitting on the counter calling for me to take just a bite. I finally gathered it all up and put it up in the coat closet. It helped tremendously. Haven't been temped since.
