Yesterday was another 100% day for my goals. Today will be hard. This morning I went to Kneaders for breakfast. It was a friend date and I figured its OK to splurge occasionally on a meal. Lunch time has passed right by and I haven't gotten hungry and I still have enough calories for dinner, so I should be fine.
Goal for eating out next time. Plan my meal before hand.
